Hersheys Whozeewhatzit Candy Bar

About The Whozeewhatzit

When it comes to the world of chocolate candy bars, the selection is endless, with many being almost timeless. One of my fondest connections to the Hershy’s candy bar world is the Whatchamacallit, so naturally, I needed to try its sibling bar the Whozeewhatzit.

Though they have unique names, the Whatchamacallit has been in my hall of fame for many years. I was excited to try this new version. The Whozeewhatzit is a chocolate bar with chocolatey crisp and peanut butter so it should be built for success!

I can’t speak to this bar being super available. I found this one in my local gas station and it was almost hidden.  Purchasing candy at the gas station isn’t the most optimal. The convenience fee put this bar above the $2.50 mark, and I’m not a fan. However, I am hungry, and it’s time to eat and assess the Whozeewhatzit!

Whozeewhatzit Nutrition Facts

An important note here is although this candy bar has peanut butter, that doesn’t make it a protein bar.  In fact, this candy bar is set up as 3 servings! For ⅓ of the bar you are getting 130 calories, 7g total fat, 5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 0mg cholesterol, 55mg sodium, 15g total carbohydrates, less than 1g dietary fiber, 11g sugars, 9g added sugars, 2g protein, 20mg calcium, 0.7mg iron, and 100mg potassium.

If you are able to ration a candy bar out, then this may not be a bad way to go. Myself, I have limited self-discipline and feel like I’m having a sugar crash.  I would gladly have my wax wings melt so that you would know how not to approach the sun.

Is a Whozeewhatzit Right For You?

If you have tried a Whatchamacallit bar, this is a natural progression and definitely worth a try.  The bar to me seems a bit plain, overly crispy, and on the sparse end when it comes to peanut butter.  I feel like there are better bars on the market that can scratch the itch of your sweet tooth far more effectively than the Whozeewhatzit. Even the Whatchamacallit has that great peanut crisp and caramel combo.

I would give this bar a 4.5 out of 10 and would say it is easily not worth a repeat visit.  It just seems like an underwhelming bar that drywall might be a better replacement for. Chocolate is great, but this candy bar shows that it can be underutilized.
