Kit Kat Birthday Cake Bar
Break me off a piece of that Fancy Feast, you might say to yourself, laughing at how this The Office skit reframed Kit Kat’s. One of America’s longest-standing chocolates, these chocolate-covered wafer fingers just won’t go out of style. It would be nice if they did something different every once in a while, so they did! Kit Kat Birthday Cake Bar gives us the wafer fingers covered in cake cream and sprinkles and a return to child-like sugar spikes!
Kit Kat Birthday Cake Bar looks like a party in a candy wrapping, festive and with a light blue packaging. I recently did a review at the duos flavor but this looks like a complete re-work and I just can’t resist giving it the college try. I managed to score a king size (and when it comes to birthday flavored things, it should be all things royal and grand) for a sub-$2 pricepoint, so my wallet could be happy about it also.

Nutrition Facts For Kit Kat Birthday Cake Bar
How does one really make a cake even smaller than a cake? Kit Kat has an idea that it can do so with its traditional wafer fingers. The birthday cake cream and sprinkles seem to be telling us it will be of richer proportions. But will they let us eat our Kit Kat Birthday Cake bar?
A serving size of the Kit Kat Birthday Cake bar is 3 fingers and will net you 160 calories, 9g total fat, 5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 0mg cholesterol, 25mg sodium, 21g total carbohydrates, 0g fiber, 15g total sugars, 13g added sugars, 1g protein, 0.1mg iron, and 60mg potassium.
It has to make sense that if this is going to be as rich as birthday cake, it has to pack the calories as if it were also. It isn’t the worst way to get empty calories in if you’re craving sweet, especially if you’re going to stay to a serving. That said, if it’s a cheat day, it is your birthday, and this bad boy is the cake!
Does it stack up to the calorie intake it produces? Let’s open this up and see.

Did You Even Get Me A Present?
My biggest fear with this is like when you get a gift and build up what it could be in your head and then you end up with disappointment and no gift receipt. When you open the gift wrapping on this candy you can smell a blend of vanilla, sugar, and other sweeteners like you would with an actual cake. That’s terrific so long as this doesn’t taste like glorified play-doh and cardboard.
I’m thrilled to write that in a gigantic and positive way, Kit Kat Birthday Cake Bar does not taste like the aforementioned flavors I feared. The cake flavor is rich, loud, and welcome. The wafer fingers also have a texture contrast with sprinkles popping on alternating bites.
For not getting a slice of cake, you’re negating some calories and getting a cake slice worth of concentrated flavor. I would give this a 10/10 and further, this is how you do new flavors to your established brand, correctly. Come out swinging but make sure you didn’t forget anything.
Every day can be a cake day for you with Kit Kat Birthday Cake Bar and don’t you deserve it, all things considered?
