A focus for the energy drinks that I review, for the most part, is to keep them lean, with an emphasis to get good clean energy. Rockstar Pure Zero Tangerine Mango Guava Strawberry gives us a complete and concise offering without spilling over into things we don’t need an excessive amount of.
One serving, or a 16-ounce can, has 20 calories, 0g total fat, 380mg sodium, 2g total carbohydrates, 0g total sugars, 0g added sugars, 2g Erythritol, 0g protein, 16mg Niacin, 1.7mg vitamin B6, 2.4mcg vitamin B12, 5mg pantothenic acid, and 240 mg caffeine.
With the offering being this clean does it mean that the flavor was skimped on?

That lyric is how I feel about Rockstar giving their drink this name that includes everything BUT the blender used for its ingredients. If you need a Ron Burgundy-style vocal warm-up, here you go San Diego! I’m sure if the Burgundy were real and here, he’d have one with me, both of us with sparkling mustaches, majestic.
The reality is, we have a tremendously wordy energy drink, but do we get any return on investment from its taste? You’re lucky I like you because I’m going to let you know: It DOES! This drink may not have sugar, but you’d swear that it has to with how these fruits actually come across in the taste. I find that it starts stronger with mango and finishes with strawberry but the mango and guava are undeniable inhabitants.
This drink could be utilized for all the warmer weather activities as it is crisp and light, but refreshing to the last sip. Sometimes we look at the world and say “What are the wonders that we just cannot fathom?” For the next ballot, I’d submit “How did they get this much stellar flavor into a 16-ounce can?”
This is absolutely a 9/10 and a re-visit. When quick caffeine must be deployed and you’re trying to do everything you can not to take on additional negatives, Rockstar Pure Zero Tangerine Mango Guava Strawberry delivers. This Rockstar has every right to headline the shows and request portions of the alcohol sales.
