Oreo Java Chip Flavor Creme
“..and for dessert, would you like an espresso?” is something I had never tried but had seen in movies and heard about. “She invites me up at 12:00 o’clock at night for coffee…No thank you, I don’t want coffee, it keeps me up.” George Costanza. We all have the same thought about it, caffeine very late at night – its going to put a hurting on our sleep schedule. Well, fortunately, we can get the taste we crave without the caffeine that comes with it!
Thanks to Oreo Java Chip Flavor Creme cookies, we have a nice little treat with the taste of that mistress of the morning, you know what I’m saying! If there’s a blend more divine than chocolate/cocoa and coffee, I’m going to need you to introduce it to me quickly so that I can determine if Heaven is going to be worth it.
Oreo is a cookie that has made its name for years as having two chocolate cookies with a cream filling and the structure hasn’t really changed except for white fudge. No, the moving part here is usually the cream, ranging in all the flavors of the dessert world.
I don’t do milk beyond creamer in my coffee but my imagination tells me, if you dunked Oreo Java Chip Flavor Creme cookies in a glass of milk, you’d trick yourself into thinking you had coffee and you’d love it.
If you expect me to tell you these are diet cookies or that they have 0 calories, I’m going to level with you, they aren’t. Oreo Java Chip Flavor Creme cookies are so heavy, that a serving size is 2 cookies! What do you get for two cookies and is it worth it? For 2 of these little pieces of Valhalla you get 140 calories, 6g total fat, 0g trans fat, 0mg cholesterol, 90mg sodium, 21g carbohydrates, 0g dietary fiber, 13g total sugars including 13g added sugars, less than 1g protein, 0 mg vitamin D, 10mg calcium, 0.9mcg iron, and 30mg potassium.
So if you really are having these, my recommendation is get the two cookies and put the container back up or you’re going to be in trouble.
“I Can’t Have Coffee, It Keeps Me Up.”
Oreo Java Chip Flavor Creme cookies are sensational, they’re the best parts of coffee with zero burnt beans. They could be better, if you told me they had caffeine in them and worse because I’d be having cookies for breakfast. The chocolate and coffee flavoring just blends so well that you know these could be addictive and dangerous if you keep them open.
Although they are dangerous, my oh my, they satisfy every taste bud that should have been asleep. If you tell anyone I had cookies late at night, we are no longer buddies. This particular cookie deserves an 11/10 but at only being able to have two at a time, we’ll stick with a 9/10 and be reasonable as they do finish somewhat sharp.
