MF DOOM ‘Villainous Mac & Cheeze’ Recipe
Any hip-hop head will tell you that MF DOOM is your favorite rapper’s, favorite rapper. Daniel Dumile grew up on the streets of New York and found inspiration everywhere. Whether it be comics, television, music, and even food, Dumile was never short of material to blend into intricate wordplay. Throughout his nearly 30-year career, he kept the early forms of New York hip-hop alive with clever rhyme schemes, relatable subject matter, and hilarious punchlines that continue to remain timeless. Along with his taste in music he also had a great taste in food.
The masked villain of hip-hop loved food so much that he dedicated an entire album to the subject. So to celebrate DOOM and his immaculate palette we’ve curated his family’s original mac and cheese recipe. It’s a fairly standard recipe as baked mac and cheese goes but what can I say? DOOM was a man of the people. To kick things off we’ve left you a quote from the Villain himself regarding the recipe. Preheat your oven and don’t forget your potholders.
Macaroni and Cheese is an ol’ time classic but Villainous Mac & Cheeze was concocted by wifey about three years ago. It took a couple years to perfect and you must follow the recipe exactly or else. Now Villainous Mac & Cheeze has become an MF family favorite, perfect for any holiday or special meal…enjoy and don’t forget your potholderz…

Villainous Mac & Cheeze Ingredients
| Macaroni | 4 Cups |
| Butter | 1 Stick |
| Bread Crumbs | 1 Cup |
| Salt | 1/2 Tsp |
| Pepper | 1/2 Tsp |
| Sugar | 1 Tbls |
| Minced Garlic | 1 Clove |
| Milk | 2 Cups |
| Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese | 8 Oz |
| Shredded Cheddar Cheese | 4 Cups |
Villainous Mac & Cheeze Recipe
Cook Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
- Cook the macaroni until done.
- Add sugar and garlic to the water.
- Drain macaroni in a strainer.
- Place macaroni, butter, salt, pepper, milk, Colby/Monterey jack cheese, and 4 cups of cheddar cheese in a pot boil slow add bread crumbs.
- Cover everything with aluminum foil and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Uncover and add an extra cup of cheddar cheese across the top.
- Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
